The effects of the provisions of the Law 15/1999 of 13th of December on Personal Data Protection, Detectives Global Investigation informs the clients who are the subjects of personal data files registered in G.D.P.R. (General Data Protection Registry), where their data is incorporated and used in order to provide the requested services and to send them the information about our company that may be of interest to them.

THE MAILING AND REGISTRATION OF PERSONAL DATA

Sending personal data is required to contact us and to receive the information on the services provided by Global Investigation Detectives. Also, the failure to provide requested personal data or the denial to accept this data protection policy makes it impossible for the clients to subscribe to, register at, or receive any information from these services.

According to the provisions of Law 15/1999 of December 13th on Personal Data Protection, we inform you that personal data obtained from you as a result of you providing them to us, will be incorporated into the file hold by Global Investigation Detectives, situated at C/ Av. de Andalucía, 5, 18014 – Granada, having implemented all the security measures established by Royal Decree 1720/2007.

The accuracy and the veracity of the data provided by clients.

The client who sends the information to Global Investigation Detectives is solely responsible for the accuracy and the correctness of the data, exonerating Global Investigation Detectives from any responsibility in this matter.

In all the cases, the clients guarantee, and take responsibility for, the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data, and they accept the commitment to keep this data updated.

The user agrees to provide complete and accurate information in the registration or subscription form.

Global Investigation Detectives do not guarantee the accuracy of the information other than prepared by themselves and another source is stated, so it assumes no liability whatsoever regarding the hypothetical damages which might arise from the use of such information.

Global Investigation Detectives are exonerated from the liability for any loss or damage which the clients might suffer as a result of errors, defects or omissions in the information provided by Global Investigation Detectives if it comes from the sources exterior to Global Investigation Detectives.

The transfer of data to third parties.

Global Investigation Detectives will not disclose personal data to third parties. However, in the case of its disclosure to any third party, prior acknowledgement would be requested to obtain the consent of the affected person under the Art. 6 of Data Protection Act.

The application of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and denial.

You can send us your messages and exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and denial via postal mail at C/ Av. de Andalucía, 5, 18014 – Granada, or via email: gl***************************@gm***.com, accompanied by legal evidence, a photocopy of DNI and indicating “DATA PROTECTION” in the petition.

Acceptance and Consent.

Clients acknowledge that they have been informed of conditions of personal data protection, accepting, and consenting to, the processing thereof by Global Investigation Detectives in the manner and for the purposes stated in this Personal Data Protection Policy.

CHANGES TO THE ACTUAL PRIVACY POLICY.

Global Investigation Detectives holds the right to amend this policy to adapt it to a new legislation or jurisprudence as well as to the industry practices. In such cases, Global Investigation Detectives announced those changes on this page with a duly anticipacion before their implementation.
